A few weeks ago, I shared how our family was going make this summer the summer of smiles for children in need of cleft lip or cleft palate surgery. I asked you all to join us, and many of you have. Thank you! I realize some may not have the time to raise funds or the finances to donate, no worries, there’s still a way for you to make a difference and make this the summer of GOOD!
Create a meaningful summer with your family by sharing your photos and participating in the Summer of Good Challenge!
Summer is a time for making memories… a time for fun! I have so enjoyed seeing all of your summer fun photos streaming through my social media feeds.
What if you could use those photos for good? What if I told you that your summer photos can help heal a child’s smile or help protect kids from bullying, or even help a baby breath?
Well, they can.
Donate a Photo – Summer of Good Challenge
Now through July 31st, you can participate in the Summer of Good challenge by donating your “summer fun” photos via the Donate a Photo app and turn those summer photos into support for great causes! Donate a Photo is a quick and easy way to help great causes just by sharing your photos. For every photo you share, you can share one photo a day, Johnson & Johnson will donate $1 to the cause of your choice from a rotating list of causes. Each cause will receive a minimum donation and will appear in the app until its donation period ends or its goal is reached. This is the perfect challenge for kids! Get the kids involved and let them pick out a cause a day, this is a great conversation starter to discuss the needs of children and mothers around the globe.
Please join me for the summer of good challenge! Make memories and make a difference by sharing those memories through the Donate a Photo app. To get started, search for Donate a Photo in your app store, or visit www.donateaphoto.com. Be sure to share your photo to Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to get your friends and family involved and include #SummerOfGood so we can track our impact!
You can donate one photo a day, every day, so keep your #SummerOfGood photos coming. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Can’t wait to see your #SummerofGood photos and the causes you choose to support!
