How Important is a Healthy Confident Smile? #Giveaway

Through the daily grind of motherhood, we are forever cleaning, carpooling, moving, working, teaching and refereeing. It’s easy to frown, to feel worn out and spent. Feelings of frustration and distress can easily come across to our children as they look upon our facial expressions. There is one simple, quick, and effective way to make yourself feel better and make those around you feel better too…. just smile! Smiling changes your attitude, relieves stress and best of all, it’s contagious! I can see  in an instant how the look on my boys faces change when my face changes and I smile at them. It’s priceless!

A healthy, winning smile is the perfect natural confidence booster and natural confidence is something we should all enjoy.

Taking care of that winning smile is just as important as the act of smiling itself! The health of our teeth relates to our overall health! I try my best to take care of my teeth, I have missed flossing my teeth only a handful of days in the past 20 years. My problem comes in the form of the two cups of coffee or tea I drink each day. {Neither a good friend to white teeth.} I am very happy with our current toothpaste but I don’t use a whitener. So when I was asked to try out the NEW Crest Complete Multi-Benefit Whitening + Deep Clean toothpaste for a few weeks, I said yes!

Crest Complete Multi-Benefit Whitening + Deep Clean toothpaste is supposed to provide users with up to 2x cleaner feeling than ordinary toothpaste. I’m usually a bit of a skeptic and rarely try new products but Crest Complete has definitely made my mouth feel cleaner, hard to describe the feeling after brushing but it actually feels as though scrubbing bubbles are at work! It could be that 20120817-184816.jpgtheir is 33 percent more Silica than regular toothpaste and a unique Polyionic Complex made of three cleaning ingredients. Crest Complete Multi-Benefit Whitening + Deep Clean toothpaste is also formulated to fight cavities and whiten teeth! I have to say this toothpaste definitely left my mouth.. teeth and gums feeling cleaner than my regular toothpaste but it’s difficult to describe. You will have to try it to believe it!  The new Oral-B Complete Action Power Deep Clean Toothbrush worked wonders to get behind my molars which is something I always have trouble with.

Along with a white, healthy smile, fresh breath is just as important! I also tried Scope Dual-Blast, the new mouthwash that blasts away two causes of bad breath: strong food odors and bad breath germs.

Be careful of totpthasoe with granules/sandy feeling, they can cause toothbrush abrasion (destruction of the enamel and gums) Gum and teeth don’t grow back . it’s expensive but it’s better to get whitening trays from your dentist.
