No Bake Mini Yoplait® Greek Yogurt Tartlets

Snacking seems to be a constant in our home, our boys are always looking for their next snack in between meals.  We try to choose the healthiest of snacks but they get tired of eating the same  things. On a recent trip to Walmart, I let the boys pick out their favorite flavors of  Yoplait® Greek yogurt, it makes the perfect healthy snack on the go and they can add fruit or granola for a hearty filling. There are so many flavors they usually have a hard time deciding which flavors to get.  One flavor, Blackberry pie, called out to us and got my wheels turning…No Bake Mini Yogurt Tartlets

The photo of the blackberry pie was taunting us, we have a few with a strong sweet tooth, myself included. Immediately, I thought of mini graham cracker crust tartlets with the Blackberry pie Greek yogurt filling. Yoplait® is not just for breakfast in the morning! If Greek yogurt is not something your kids enjoy, Walmart also carries Original, Light, Greek, Gogurt® and children’s flavors, the Yoplait® Original now has 25% less sugar in all 25 flavors. It’s a win-win!

Mini Yogurt Pies

Stomp out after-school hunger with this nutritious, quick, easy, and delicious snack your kids are sure to enjoy. They will love these sweet oat and fruit treats and they can be customized in a number of ways.  The perfect semi-homemade snack hack! This recipe also makes a healthy dessert, any of the tartlets can be topped with whipped creme. The Yoplait® Boston Creme pie can be covered with shaved chocolate for a sweet twist too.

No Bake Mini Yogurt Tartlets

Ingredients

  • 6 (4 ounce) store-bought mini graham cracker crusts
  • 6 (6 ounce) Yoplait® Greek Yogurt in flavors of your choice (I used Cherry, Blackberry and Boston Creme Pie)
  • Granola & Nuts to sprinkle over tart
  • Fruit garnish (strawberry slices, blueberries and blackberries)

Instructions

  1. Fill each graham cracker crust with one of the Yoplait yogurts. Garnish with granola, nuts and fruit pieces right before serving.
  2. These can also be frozen or made ahead and refrigerated in an air tight container for a quick and easy snack.
  3. If you freeze these, freeze for an hour, and then cover them in plastic wrap and keep them in the freezer until you're ready to serve!
