“Real Moms Love to Eat” Sweepstakes & Review! You can win a $50 Visa gift card or your very own copy of Real Moms Love to Eat!
Beth Aldrich of Real Moms Love to Eat has a new book coming out January 3rd ~ “Real Moms Love to Eat: How to Conduct a Love Affair with Food, Lose Weight and Feel Fabulous“
Within the first few minutes of reading this book, I felt as if it had been written it just for me! (And I told Beth so) When reading Beth’s book, you will feel as though you are getting support, understanding and encouragement from a girlfriend. Beth understands and knows because she is one of us, she has experienced the same struggles with food. I think one of the best things we can do for ourselves and our families is educate ourselves about healthy eating.
This book was truly an answer to prayer. Fad diets are for the birds…I don’t want a 17 Day Diet…give me something tangible, something real, something that makes sense. Real Moms Love to Eat has realistically laid out a plan that is not only do-able but enjoyable!
Oh, and the recipes, my favorites are the raw lasagna and the raw oatmeal!!
“We want to be healthy and have energy. We want to be strong and fit. As moms, we need to be those things, not just to set a good example for our children but to be able to get through the day and do all the million and seven things moms need to do. Our bodies and our brains need to be right on top of things, making them happen and keeping the family moving forward. That takes a lot of energy, and if you are fueling up with sugar and white flour, fake foods and caffeine, you will not be at your best. ~ Beth Aldrich”
Why is food such a crutch for so many women? We eat when we are happy, we eat when we are sad, we eat when we are bored, we eat when we are mad…I know I’m not Dr. Seuss, but it’s true! Beth helps us examine our relationship with food. My problem is that I do not enjoy my food when I should. I don’t like to eat breakfast, so I usually skip it. I don’t eat until lunch and end up eating the boys leftovers or find something quick that might not be very healthy. If I do not plan a nutritious meal…I usually will not eat one.
Lucky for us, Beth has laid out the perfect 3 step, 10 week plan to get us healthier, more knowledgeable and hopeful when it comes to eating healthy. Beth’s plan will teach you how to acquire a healthy relationship with food without feeling as though you are depriving yourself. Beth provides us with healthy alternatives through tasty recipes, snack ideas and yummo smoothies! Not to mention, the many great tips throughout the book that feed mind, body and soul!
“Real moms need to take good care of themselves if they want to take good care of their families, without sacrificing the joys of life. I wrote this book for one reason and one reason only: to encourage moms like you to focus on their health and happiness, both equally important. Only then can you cultivate health and happiness in your children and everyone else you love. ~ Beth Aldrich”
I could go on and on about the reasons why I think every mom should have this book in hand, but I will let you see for yourself! If you pre-order Beth’s book right now, you can get this book for 32% off the regular price! For just $10.20 you can learn how to better manage your food, get healthy and be the example your family needs!
